Catalonia, or Catalunya as spoken by Catalans, is one of the seventeen autonomous communities that make up the country of Spain. Simply know as Catalonia, its real title is The Autonomous Communities of Catalonia and its territories are roughly the same as when it was referred to as The Principality of Catalonia. With a land mass of over thirty two thousand square kilometres and a population of just over seven million, it gives plenty of space for the people who are looking to escape the pressures of modern day living.
